Refund & Return Policy
We take great care in delivering quality products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Cancellation Policy
At Rhizoo Ventures Pvt Ltd, we understand that plans can change.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Customized, personalized, bulk, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
